Pulled Ham is an entirely new way to think about ham. Hand pulled and naturally smoked over real hickory wood for authentic flavor, it's perfect for everything from appetizers and sandwiches, to breakfast and center of the plate. It's fully cooked, pre-shredded and ready for these menuing ideas:














Breakfast

  • Ham & Cheese Breakfast Strata: Layer Pulled Ham, peppers, onions and asiago cheese bagel pieces in casserole. Top with beaten eggs and cheese bake.
  • Ciderhouse Ham Wrap: Pulled Ham tossed in cider glaze, topped with scrambled eggs and apple salsa, and wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Brunch

Lunch

  • Philly Ham Sandwich: Saute-Pulled Ham, onions, peppers and pineapple chunks. Pile on Hawaiian deli roll and top with Swiss cheese.
  • Caribbean Spring Rolls: Rice paper fi lled with rice stick noodles, cilantro, scallions, fresh greens and Pulled Ham. Served with Asian duck sauce.

Dinner

  • Thai Fried Rice: Jasmine rice stir-fried with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, eggs and Pulled Ham.
